Like, I loved the Princess Tutu anime, but I wish that Ahiru's feelings towards Rue would have been mentioned more! Like, not even in a romantic way (even though I have fallen into Airue hell) but like the fact that Ahiru never stopped seeing Rue and a friend and the fact that even though she was crushing on Mythos, she still wanted Rue to be happy and wanted them to dance together and just-
even if it's not romantic love in the series, I wish they had made a bigger deal out of their relationship
(also this is maybe a month old by now, but it was also my first time coloring with 'preserve opacity' rather than my usual method of using a ton of layers)
(also also i wanted to try my hand at the runny mascara look)

I am literally glad that people see the same thing I do on their relationship.
Tutu, who was blessed with beauty and grace, had the Prince's hope in her, and probably would've loved Rue the most. Or even Kraehe at that point. And that's just the TUTU half of it. Ahiru all on her own loved Rue for her and wanted her to be happy more than anything, even if she loves the prince too.
